Messina, inaugurata a Ganzirri la scultura dedicata a “Omar e Nerone”, due cani di quartiere venuti a mancare nei mesi scorsi

E’ stata inaugurata questa mattina alle ore 11, alla presenza delle Istituzioni, nella piazza Cutugno di Ganzirri, una scultura in marmo e resina realizzata dal maestro Antonello Arena, raffigurante due cani di quartiere scomparsi nei mesi scorsi.

Omar e Nerone, di proprietà comunale, erano due cani abbandonati ma adottati dagli abitanti del posto, che non potendo dare loro una degna sepoltura, su iniziativa degli animalisti Raffaele Musicò e Antonio Passalacqua, condivisa dall’Amministrazione comunale, hanno collaborato attraverso una raccolta fondi alla realizzazione dell’opera.
